What makes Microsoft® CRM 3.0 such a compelling tool:

  • Microsoft® Outlook Integration

    • Install the Outlook client and your Sales and Customer Support staff (CSR's)  never have to use another tool. The power of managing contacts, leads, opportunities, accounts, service calls and email from one tool (Microsoft Outlook) is tremendous.

    • The Outlook client has a version that will work offline. This is ideal for your mobile workforce, that can easily update forms, leads, opportunities while disconnected from the internet. When they come back online, Outlook synchronizes with the CRM server uploading and downloading information as needed.

    • All customizations become available within Outlook. So, no matter what your IT people have done to customize CRM to your business, these customizations become available inside Outlook.

  • Customization

    • Unlike the previous version (1.x) and other CRM systems, customizing Microsoft® CRM 3.0 for your business is not out of reach. Custom entities, forms and workflow customizations are simplified in this version and IT has to do very little programming (coding) for most implementations.
